Small Group Training: Fall 2022

With the start of the new programming year, Lakeshore United is excited to announce the return of our Small Group Training program for the fall season!

Small Group Training is training program that provides additional opportunities for players to receive additional coaching and development from a variety of instructors in a small group format. Most Small Group Training opportunities have been designed to allow for players to drop in as their interest and schedule permits.

For Fall 2022, we have an exciting lineup of opportunities for players, including Fall Skills Training (U7-U19), Goalkeeper Training (U7-U19), Striker Training (U7-U19), and a brand new opportunity: Sports Performance & Injury Prevention (High School Girls).

Yoshi Ono

Sports Performance and Injury Prevention is a brand new opportunity available for Lakeshore United FC High School Girls. This training program will be led by Yoshi Ono, athletic trainer for Aurora Sports Health and the United States Men’s National Team!

This unique program is available for current Lakeshore United FC High School Girls looking to improve their speed, strength, & power on the pitch.

Unlike other small group sessions, players are encouraged to attend as many sessions as possible to maximize the benefits of this specific training plan.

To attend any training session, a player must have a Small Group Training card.  Training Cards can be used toward any small group training that is currently scheduled or to be scheduled in the future.  There is no expiration date and can also shared with siblings and friends.
