TOPSoccer is a community-based soccer program for youth ages 4 thru 18 with special needs organized by community volunteers. This free program is designed to bring the opportunity of learning and playing soccer to any youth who has a mental or physical disability.
At Lakeshore United FC, we want to ​provide youth of all abilities opportunities to learn, grow, and enjoy the sport of soccer. At times competitive team sports may be challenging for those with physical, cognitive, or emotional special needs. So we seek to provide an inclusive, buddy-assisted program that allows those with special needs the opportunity to play and have fun.

Thanks to the generous support of our volunteers and sponsors, TOPSoccer is a free program available to the youth in our community. One of the easiest ways you can get involved is by volunteering to be a TOPSoccer buddy (ages 14+). TOPSoccer buddies are partnered with a player each session to help demonstrate soccer skills, assist, and encourage players. For 2025-2026, we are grateful for the continued financial support of the Sheboygan Police Benevolent Association & Sheboygan Professional Firefighters Union, Local 483.
We didn't know what to expect at first, but now my daughter wants to be at TOPsocccer as much as possible. She loves being a buddy and sharing the joy of soccer with others.
